1. Introduction

Welcome to bdwim. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bdwim ("Platform", "We", "Us") regarding your access to and use of the bdwim online gaming platform available at https://bdwim.org. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Minimum Age:You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• One Account Per Person:Each individual may hold only one active bdwim account. Multiple accounts created by the same person, household, or device may be closed without notice, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Accurate Information:All registration details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method — must be accurate and belong to you. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not Self-Excluded:You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from bdwim or be subject to any active exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bdwim services — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — you must complete the registration process and provide valid identification when requested. bdwim may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, upon a withdrawal request, or as part of ongoing account monitoring.

Your bdwim account username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdwim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• KYC Verification:bdwim may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending receipt of valid documentation.
• Account Suspension:bdwim reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or any activity that poses a risk to other players or the platform's integrity.
• Account Closure:You may close your account at any time by contacting bdwim support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdwim supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. bdwim does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local Bangladesh mobile money services.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. bdwim reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements. bdwim will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments that are not registered in the player's own name.

• Minimum Withdrawal:A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of your withdrawal request.
• Pending Bonus Conditions:Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is attached to your account. You may forfeit the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) to unlock the real-money balance for withdrawal.
• Fraud Prevention:bdwim employs automated and manual fraud detection. Where fraudulent activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse transactions, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
• Currency:All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records at bdwim are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in BDT.

Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds that are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering within the platform and may not be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated by wagering with bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they may be withdrawn as real money.

• Wagering Requirement:Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). This means the total value of eligible wagers placed from the bonus must equal or exceed the wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus Expiry:All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention:bdwim actively monitors for bonus abuse, including strategies such as low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may be subject to account restrictions.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

bdwim is strictly a 21+ platform. It is a condition of these Terms that you must be at least 21 years of age to hold a bdwim account and to participate in any form of gaming or betting on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time. Where bdwim has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds in the account will be withheld during the investigation.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional mechanics, or circumvent the platform's fraud detection systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction with bdwim.
• Attempting to register or access a bdwim account while subject to a self-exclusion period or while under the minimum age of 21.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdwim platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of bdwim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdwim platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bdwim content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdwim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. bdwim's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdwim provides access to games supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. While bdwim takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and availability of these games, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any technical failures, game errors, or disconnections originating within a third-party provider's systems.

11. Amendments to These Terms
